I have a deeply hidden and inarticulate desire for something beyond the daily life.

Trader Joe’s organic puffed wheat topped with agave is a great alternative to sugary/high caloric/processed cereals offered in most grocery stores. I’m obsessed!

Heey ! I absolutely love your blog ! I am going on holidays in 8 weeks and it is going to be summer and I need to lose 10-15kgs in that time. Do you have any suggestions ? It would mean a lot ! Thanks xo

8 weeks? Then you’ve got plenty of time to shape yourself and build your endurance! My advice to you is to eat cleanly, and push yourself into the gym or into physical activity you enjoy! If you don’t go to the gym, there a thousands of videos to check out that you could switch up and do on a daily basis. Blogilates and Tara Stiles yoga are perfect starters! Make sure you pair up your strength training with some cardio. I wouldn’t recommend having a goal weight, just continue on until you’re happy with how you feel! Last but not least, do this for yourself: Do it with you body health, happiness, and mentality in mind. Never restrict yourself, and just keep going!

Plot Twist

My direction in life has slightly changed within the past week. As a result of severel events, I’m staying in Virginia for college. My decision has raised many questions amongst my family and friends.  I would have loved to travel to San Diego and spend my next four years of college in a beautiful and enriching environment, however, circumstances have kept me home. I’ve received questions like “Are you going to be okay?” “Are you sure about this?” “I know you wanted to go so bad, how are you going to handle being apart from your fiancé?”. Truth is, it was extremely difficult to wrap my mind around at first but it’s not in me to waste the next four years of my life being sad over what could have been. It’s life after all. It’s mind boggling to me that people could waste such a delicate and precious thing as the time you have left in life. Although I’m staying here, I’ll continue to put my heart 100% in it and I’ll continue to make the absolute best experiences out of what I’ve been given. I’m going to travel, meet new people, and enjoy my life regardless of where I stay in the world. Whatever you do in life should be with love and passion because life is too short to be handled any other way. So yes, I’m going to be okay because my life is going to be kick ass never the less.

All these soft, warm nights going to waste when I ought to be lying in your arms under the moon- the dearest arms in all the world- darling arms that I love so to feel around me- How much longer before they’ll be here to stay? When I do get home again, you’ll certainly have a most awful time ever moving me one inch from you.

MUST try! Chunky Monkey is my favorite ice cream and but it’s become a hassle to eat due to my lactose intolerance.
